Instruments & Practice
Q: Do we need a piano at home?
Yes! A quality instrument is essential for success. Beginners may start with a full-size (88-key), weighted digital keyboard, such as the Yamaha P45 or Roland FP-10. For long-term success, an acoustic piano is ideal.
Q: How often should students practice?
Regular practice is key to progress! We recommend 5 days a week, even if only for a few focused minutes at a time. Parents play a vital role in supporting at-home practice, especially for younger students.
